My mother gave me an Alocasia Polly, which I have on my balcony. Although it appears large, the leaves aren't as lovely as I had thought. Do you have any tips on how to care for it properly?π
Perhaps you're not moisturizing it enough? Your leaves appear to be parched. Try tapping the soil's surface 1-2 inches to see how dry it is, and if it feels really dry, water it right away. I'm very sorry to observe that the leaves appear to have cracks.
Using a planting media that has a blend of perlite, peat moss, and coco coir will aid in the growth of Alocasia polly.
Your beautiful Alocasia Polly will thrive best in a bright, indirect light area with consistently moist but not soggy soil. Just remember to water it when the top inch is dry, and it will bring you joy for years to come!
